In addition to Aikido, the arts of regenerative gymnastics Genkikai and the Hojo sword form (from the Kashima Shinden Jikishinkage-ryu) are practiced and taught. Learning Hojo and Genkikai support and enrich the teaching of aikido. There are many links between the three arts (= Sanshinkai). A very complete and interesting teaching systematic full was developed in this Sanshinkai framework.
